Origin Danforth is currently located at 2017 Danforth Avenue, on the southwest corner of Danforth and Moberly Avenue. We’re one block west of Woodbine Avenue.
Effective September 1, we will be located at 573 Danforth Avenue, just east of Carlaw Avenue.
Origin Dovercourt is currently located at 1080 Dovercourt Road, on the southwest corner of Dupont Street and Dovercourt Road.
Effective September 1, the west-end clinic will have a new name—Wayfarer Wellness—and will be located at 1232 Dufferin Street.
