Once we book your appointment, you will receive a pre-screening tool via email the day before your appointment. Please complete this prior to coming to the clinic – this will confirm whether or not treatment is safe. The screening will be saved on your medical file with our clinic, and it will be reviewed and updated for each subsequent visit.
Your therapist will be diligent in protecting you, themselves and our community – please be honest with any and all symptoms.
Please wait outside. Your practitioner will open the door for you when they are ready (do not knock, as other treatments may be in progress)
Use hand sanitizer upon entry or go to the laundry sink to wash your hands – we will have single-use cloths to dry hands.
